Small Talk International.

Small Talk provide English language training from centres in Germany, and through relaxed languaged holidays in the English Cotswolds. They approached Seedling Media for a simple website that they could update themselves and which would provide their marketing material in both English and German.

Design

An approachable, homely design was called for here, and we created 3 different drafts for Small Talk to choose between.

Content Management System

We used CMS From Scratch for Small Talk. This is a great little system for allowing pages to be editable by the client, and can also handle file and image uploads. On this occassion, Small Talk used the CMS to upload all their content as Word Documents, which helped them get used to the system, and made it easy for us to copy and paste their content in to place. Their idea, not ours, but it worked really well—kind of like a shared file repository for the project as it developed.
